This wall plate adapter is passive mounting hardware designed to improve the fit and finish of select Ring wired video doorbell installations, including Ring Wired Doorbell Plus (2nd Gen) and Ring Wired Doorbell (2nd Gen). It is not compatible with Ring Wired Doorbell Pro or with battery-powered doorbells. The adapter helps cover wall marks, old holes, and uneven paint around the installation area, and it can also be used over a standard single-gang electrical box opening for retrofit and replacement work. Made from durable weather-resistant material for long-term outdoor use. Required mounting hardware and installation guidance are included. This is a passive mechanical accessory. It does not include electronics, wiring components, batteries, connectivity features, or a video doorbell device. The Ring video doorbell itself is not included; this product is a mount only.
