It's nice and compact. As long as you have available outlet, not extension cord, to plug it in, no need for matches to light the pilots. Only downside is I wish it came in black.

The oven itself was nice, the price was a little extreme, I bought it to "fit" an area of my kitchen but once delivered I realized it was to tight a fit to use safely so it was returned.

I do not know why Best Buy is asking me to review a stove they have never delivered. They kept postponing delivery over and over and over to where I finally had to cancel the purchase completely.

Emitted a horrible chemical smell that was physically sickening and could not be burned off. Had to return it.

Hi there, and thanks for leaving a review about your experience. We hate to hear you had an issue with a smell from your range, and we regret any inconvenience caused. We do expect there may be a temporary odor from combustion of gas at the burner or a slight chemical odor when the range is still new, but we would anticipate these odors going away soon. (Unburned gas has a different odor, which may be similar to the smell of rotten eggs. It’s not normal to smell unburned gas, so if that happens we recommend opening windows, not touching any electrical switches, extinguishing any open flames and promptly calling your gas supplier from a phone outside your home.) If you still had the range and the odor doesn’t go away, we definitely would have been happy to look into this further for you. As you’ve returned the unit, we’ll certainly still share your feedback with our team for future review. Right out of the box (brand new)The glass oven door is loose, and the screw that should tighten it is stripped , I called Best Buy and since I didn’t buy the warranty I have to deal now directly with the manufacturer
