Not only is it overpriced, but after about 10 copies, the printout became very light and unable to read. Very unsatisfied.

Terrible, Terrible, Terrible. Used at my home office in which I may print 100 sheets per month. This cartridge needed to be replaced before this review was written.

Hello there,
I get your feelings about the product. I would like to address the page yields, quality, and price comments. Page yields depend on the content of the printing job. If you print photos or lots of text, you will run out of ink faster. Lowering the print quality setting helps this issue but is not recommended if the ink is spotty or light. Conserving ink creates a better value on the price front. Think cautiously about your printing habits and maintain the cartridges well.

My printer using this cartridge failed completely. I had not installed this cartridge. It is in its original box. I need to return it and buy cartridges for the new HP Printer. Please advise how to o this.

Hi Joan,
I'm very sorry that the printer failed. You need to contact Best Buy about this.
According to the Best Buy site's Return & Exchange Policy information:
"If you receive a product that is damaged in shipping, defective or that is not the product you ordered, please return it during your return and exchange time period to a Best Buy store and we'll arrange for a replacement. If you would rather return the item by mail during your return and exchange time period, please call us for special instructions at 1-888-BEST BUY (1-888-237-8289). We will cover all reasonable and customary ground shipping fees."
