Didn,t have to go wasting time going to different best buy stores looking for this product. They offer good points offer. so don.t have to go to office supply stores. product is easy to use right out of box. easy installation.

Typical for my experince with HP products: great quality at a slightly higher price point. I believe you get what you pay for, so i stay away from "generic" printer cartridges. Best Buy always has the best price.

I think this ink is great for my printer. It lasts very long and very easy to replace

In my ten years in IT I have never seen a DOA toner or ink cartridge that was from the OEM. This happened. The second one I received after returned works just as expected. My Best Buy made the return very easy even though their policy is not to return it.

If the Toner was more economically priced, this product would receive 5 stars. It doesn't last very long so we are constantly ordering this toner at our office. Other than that, the quality is top notch.

Images and letters are printed clear and this does last quite a while. I also like how each cartridge comes with its own shipping label to ship back empty carts to HP for recycling at no charge.

This is a wonderful product and it is very seamless to be able to order and pick up in such a short amount of time. It gets the job done quickly and efficiently.

This laser toner does not smear and produces clear text and images. I don't think it lives up to the claim of producing 1600 pages.

This is my first refill for my laser printer. Hoping that the number of printed pages offsets the higher cost when compared to my old ink jet.

Cartridges are good for heavy home use but don't last long if used often. The quality is great for printing pictures and photos.

The standard black toner cartridge prints very well. However, for the cost, I would like it to print more pages.

The toner cartridge was at a average price in comparison to other stores, easy to install in my printer.

Much better quality than my old ink jet but for the cost, wish the cartridge lasted longer.

Good product works as expected, I did however have to remove and shake it up a little first...

Toner is good quality and last for a while. Easy to install and remove. Just wish it was less expensive!!! Need 4 different Toners for my HP Printer and replacing them costs a pretty penny!

This toner is a good buy. It is reliable and gives long life in our printer.
