great for my light use of checking emails and browsing the web, speed is very good, lots of capabilities to do more with training tools and tutorials available but have not taken advantage of any yet, equipment light weight but sturdy - very well made, battery life not too shabby and charges fast enough, love that it turns on automatically once open

This is the first Chromebook I've ever purchased and I'm actually impressed. I purchased it for my mom and she loves it. The screen resolution is nice and it's easy to use.

I purchased this device to replace a smaller Android (RCA) tablet that my father uses for casual internet usage. I will say that this is probably one of the best purchases I could have made, Touch controls work well, the trackpad is decent, keyboard is good, and it's plenty responsive as long as you dont try to overload it with several running apps / tabs. I wouldn't recommend this for heavy productivity, but as a casual email / web / occasional game device it's perfectly fine.

Bought open box and Geek Certified. First chromebook and seems to be working great so far. Mostly used for quick internet-based browsing and is nice to have a bigger screen than a phone but better functionality than a tablet.

It is faster than WOindows but takes some learning, The small keyboard is hard to get used to. This model is loaded with crapwear but not all models are. Overall a good purchase. I use it more than my old Windows computer.

Garbage. Extremely slow when multiple windows open especially for a Chromebook. Poor graphics. Freezes often and have to shutdown. I have owned several Chromebooks and this is by far the worst. Even my $89.00 Del out performs this. Probably why it is no longer being sold. Will never buy an HP Chromebook again. Really deserves 0 Stars.

I like the larger screen to view movies and search the internet. The chromebook works great for searching, email, and fits our needs. The set up was simple out of the box.
