I boyght this product for my daughter and one for my son for their college. They love it and never had a problem with it. It’s a nice size while being light weight. I’m glad that I was able to catch this on sale… highly recommend!!!

I was back and forth regarding what laptops to buy. I bed something simple for work to run the basics Microsoft office and web searching. Im glad i bought this and not a more expensive laptop or tablet. It perfect for someone looking for a smaller laptop to do work on the go. The price was perfect for the quality. So if you're like me looking for a cheaper laptop, one you're not going to be running strenuous applications on like Steam and you're only using it for basic work. This might be perfect for you.

Overall good product. Lightweight. Efficient. I like the color. Its good for the price.

After getting the laptop and charging it up I started making it my own. The first thing was to register it with HP; however, during this process the laptop locked up. I couldn't move forward, back, or even turn it off. After 2 days of frustration I took it to the Geek Squad and they were able to assist me in getting it back to being functional after fully registering it. Now it is officially mine. Yes, it's not as fast as my tower computer but for plunking around on it while I watch TV it's a great little device.

I like the portability of the laptop. Easy to use and sufficient for my kids needs.

This laptop is exactly what my aunt needed. It works well. It’s fast. It has the right amount of memory and it was a GREAT PRICE!!

It’s actually pretty nice, I’ve been using it for a while and there’s really nothing bad I can say about it. I didn’t expect it to be that small but that’s my own fault because I read the details wrong.

Good computer at a very good price. The computer was packaged nicely and delivered on a timely basis.

The color is beautiful but if you are purchasing this laptop with the intent to use it long term, I do not recommend. I typically always buy Hp but this specific device has manufacturing issues in the speaker and the keyboard and it freezes a lot. I returned the first one due to these issues just for the second device to start doing the same problem after one week. I am actively in classes and this device barely works for zoom meetings without freezing up. Content creators this is definitely the worst laptop you could get CapCut freezes and YouTube constantly crashing.

does what i need without complicated issues. will buy again

Overall a nice looking computer We purchased for homeschooling and so far haven’t had any issues.

Easy to set up, the computer walks you through the setup. And the pricing made the decision to buy a new Laptop very easy.

I bought this for basic functions, email, Team calls, web browsing. Unfortunately this was not able to handle these basic functions. It lagged and was very slow in loading websites. Its more for a kids 1st computer.

Fast, easy to set up. Got exactly what I needed. A lot lighter than my old one.

It works great no complains would tell people to buy it .

If your need is limited with very few applications and minimal web searches due to its 4gb memory. It could fit tou budget. But you can't upgrade memory.

Easy to set up and easy to use. I would definitely purchase this laptop again.
