My 17 inch HP is lightning fast and has a beautiful display. It has the right amount of ram memory to make the computer run smooth and continuous operations. The 1TByte of memory is more than i will ever use. The computer also a capability to play DVDs. I am very happy with my new computer.

I would buy another laptop I like that they will come to your home and set it up and show how use it windows 10 is a lot different then windows 7 Thanks for your help.

With a display so big everything is better. It’s comfortable to work and the design is cool.

With the price we got, the laptop is worth it. Will recommend as good buy.

I'm not an expert at this, but I'll try. I'm a music and video dj. I've loaded 50,000 songs and about 10,000 music videos on this laptop and still have 400gb free. I use a program called virtual DJ. During my gigs, I hook a, pioneer controller, hd go pro camera and a projector to this laptop. It works flawlessly so far! When I'm using the program, it has a CPU meter that show the load on the PC CPU.....it is barely being used, even while mixing videos and using the projector and camera at the same time. I was very impressed! I've used it 4 hours straight with no restarts or glitches. I've owned it for about a month. I like it so much, I'm thinking about putting adobe animator, photo shop and the creator on it.

I have nothing against solid state hard drives but they are usually limited in capacity and want you to put most documents, etc in the cloud. I will put some items there but I refuse to put confedition information there. I bought this because of the 1 TB internal hard drive without having to spend $ 2,000 for the equivalent SSD built into a laptop. It's quick, big display and we love it. I have bought a number of HP products over the years and have always had good luck with the brand. If you are looking for a fast, cheaper laptop, this is it. We don't do extensive gaming so a $2,000 laptop is a waste of money for us. One note of warning - against the Microsoft OS - if you are moving from one Windows 10 computer to another and have all your passwords stored in the Edge web browser, you can't transfer the cookies with your passwords stored. You can hire a web developer to do it but many of those can't.

looking for laptop that was affordable, fast, lots of memory with capability to do word processing and some small scale accounting functions using excel or similar software. Found it! Along with tech support and extended warranty.

I needed a large screen laptop with full functionality of basic business functions, in short order; This device exceeded my expectations. Given my usual, unreasonably high expectations for low-cost off-the-shelf devices, I prepared myself for disappointment. After nearly two months, my only complaint is that it took me 15 minutes to fully disable/uninstall the pre-loaded bloatware. With that said, there is nothing else negative to say about this device in the realm of average business computing and light-excel based modeling.

Easy to setup and use good price very fast great screen size

This laptop was a replacement for an older laptop. We use the laptop in a medical space as a work station and it is never turned off with active working hours of about 9 hours a day. the specs are good for the apps we use like Microsoft office, web browsing, and our medical software and it does the job very well. the screen is bright enough, the keyboard is comfortable enough and I always disable the touch pads and USB ports for comfort and security reasons. the processor is more than enough, and the ram is good for the use of this laptop. the hard disk has 1 TB of space that will never be filled because we only allow storage of files on a server for HIPAA and security reasons of course. this laptop is a great grinder for BUSINESS purposes and it is elegant and thin enough to replace a desktop or even an older model bulky lcd screen.

I am no tech whiz but I did want the CD player which is what ultimately said "yes" to this purchase as well as the price. I destroyed my last laptop by throwing it against the wall so had to buy a new one. The tech support transferred data and some of the guts to this one so I would not lose any data or pics. Makes life so much easier for me. The screen is large so I can blow up images if need be and also the print. My eyesight needs large everything. So far so good on the Laptop.

This laptop is packed with 1 TB of storage + 8 GB & a 17 " large screen which is perfect for editing videos. It's like a mobile desktop yet light & easy to travel with. I've been wanting to upgrade for a few years so I spent hours researching the best one for my specific needs. I really appreciated how friendly the staff was & he actually took the time to show me each different product & explain all of the specs which l had no idea how it worked but he was patient, friendly & made the shopping experience very easy & I would definitely go back for all future needs. Best buy also has great promotions, prices & bundle deals that can't be beat.

I was a little stand-offish about the price of this laptop, but I’m glade I got it. I love the screen. I love how sleek it looks. It runs very well. I just do my school work on it, so I’m not into all of the HD stuff. It pairs well with college work and it’s just so beautiful. I’m glad I went for a more up to date laptop so that I can get some long-term use out of it. I also own a small business and figured to invest in better opposed to a slower speed laptop.

Awesome computer. Extremely fast and reliable. The screen size was probably my favorite. The only thing I didn’t like about it was no backlit keyboard.

I had often told people that I would never own a laptop, too expensive. I was proven wrong by an associate at Best Buy. I was shown this HP model and I fell in love with it. Aside from the wide gamut of computer programs, it has a fantastic screen!! I watch a lot of DVD's on it. I am also impressed with the quality of the entire unit!! I am very satisfied with this laptop and the pricing at Best Buy. It is my opinion that you get an excellent product at a great price!!

Love the keyboard, 17" screen has great display. Nice and light weight for the size. Fast enough for my needs and lots of storage.

Easy set up, nice big screen. Light weight so easy to transport. Having a few issues with email but am working through those. Love that it has a disc drive because I need one! Works well with wireless mouse and keyboard that I purchased at the same time. I have always used a desk top at home - this lap top is just as good. Great price

I purchased this laptop for work. I needed something immediately. I searched and found this laptop and I am pleased. I am a Mac user (and I don’t like PCs) but this works great for me. It was easy to set up and the large screen is perfect for work. It is also lightweight which is great when I need to work remotely.

I needed a lap top just for basic needs, nothing fancy. I like the size of the screen, but if they made them bigger I would go bigger. The keypad is good, comfortable, but I wish the keys were back lit. The thing I like best about this lap top is the plug, it swivels so there is no pressure placed on it, no cord breakage. I think it was a good value for the price. I would have given it 5 stars but took one away because the keys are not back lit. Otherwise it's great.
