The family HP color printer needed toner. Having had unhappy experiences with non-HP, got the real stuff (why does it have to cost so much?) and am trying the XL version. No issues thus far.

Sadly, my purchase began with a misunderstanding. I asked to be able to pick up the purchase in the store, thinking that they had it in stock and I'd be able to get it at the store that day. So, I went to to the store that day, only to find that they didn't have the toner I'd ordered in stock, and that I'd have to make a return trip to the store a week later to pick it up. My recommendation is that the website needs to clarify that the product is not in stock and available for pick up later that day in store. Had this been the case, I would not have made two trips to pick up the toner. The toner itself is good, and I'm glad you have the HP 201X, however, having in the the store for same-day pickup would have been much faster.

great quality that runs a long time! I go almost a year or more before this run out! And we print a lot between kids school projectd and working from home!

Even buying the XL capacity of these toners, the per page costs are high. Much higher than any ink jet, but at least you don't have the problem of ink going dry or nozzles getting dirty and clogged.

I will never buy non Oem toner ever again the price an quality are well worth it
