HP-206A toner cartridge

The toner cartridge we purchased at Best Buy was in an HP box. But when we installed it into our printer, the HP printer recognized it as a used or counterfeit product and refused to taking from it. Because it was a reserve cartridge. I didn’t install it until after the return period. Neither Best Buy nor HP would make me whole. I was out about $110. The entire experience has left a rotten taste in my mouth.
