Store seemed disorganized. Best Buy in-store personnel not very helpful. One has to walk around and probe to find items. This has been my experience in this and other Best Buy stores as well. I have been a Best Buy customer for over 20+ years.

Although this product is ok, the price is too high. Also, this is a standard yield cartridge and that is not the best value for the dollars spent. Best Buy did not have the High Yield cartridges (206X).

Unfortunately, HP makes their money on toner cartridges not in the laser jet itself. The cost of toner is pricey and it doesn’t last very long, depending on the use. Expensive for small businesses!
