This product works as advertised and as an official HP product, there are no hiccups with installing this product. If there is any drawback, it is the price compared to the number of sheets of printing that you get. Throughout it's use, you may need to remove the magazine and shake it a few times to losen up the particles; but it performs well.

All good with this top-level toner. Works far better than any substitute. Easy to use. Quickly deliverable. Just a bit more expensive than elsewhere.

product is quality but only last us 3 months and to replace all cartidges cost $450.00. Which is an annual budget of $1,800 a year. There is no substitute as reviews show the knock offs will ruin this machine. so I marked yes to recommend purchase.

This ink is good quality. The reason it doesn't get five stars is because HP charges an exorbitant price for it. It's not Best Buy's fault. HP rips you off no matter where you buy it.

It works great. The price is high but the quality of the print is better than cheap stuff.
