Bought this for my mom who has impaired vision and the laptop 13" screen wasn't cutting it anymore. This 21" screen solves that problem and computer was easy to set up and connect to her network.

It gets the job done but don’t depends on doing much with this computer. It’s prob going to be great for your kids schooling but that’s it. Nothing else.
TERRIBLE. I bought this the first month of COVID to work from home. SLOW booting, Updates grind this to a halt. Hard drive is very noisy, screen is not good for photos or gaming. This computer was so bad, I just could not bring myself to use it. Even added memory and noticed to gains in performance. Not at all what HP products once stood for.

I got this last year and it is absolutey the slowest computer. I cant get work done quickly spend hours trying ti complete small task. This is great for a 1st grader just learning to use a comouter not for work or business
