So I grew up using HP desktops that my parents would get. Nothing any different. Whatever it was, they stuck with HP. And now I get why. As I purchased my first MacBook Air, the learning curve was easy, but I was still missing having a desktop. So I got a new job that required an actual computer and not squinting at a 13 inch screen, I began looking at All in one desktop computers. I already knew what I wanted. An HP! The model I’ve chosen is plenty fast, looks amazing, and even sounds great! The touch screen is just… so intuitive. I know it’s nothing new, but I’ve never had a touch screen desktop. And the monitor is 24 inches. An amazing deal. It’s been a joy to use for work, or anything. Highly recommend if you’re in the field for an All in One and you don’t want to break the bank. So now i have the best of both worlds. In case I need to travel, I can take my laptop. And for home use, I have this guy.

We let’s start but saying this computer was purchased for my teenage son. He recently transferred from conventional public high school to an online school. With that being said, this review is strictly from his point of view… Touch screen feature is awesome compared to his old chrome book. The large monitor is super clear and vivid. Bluetooth keyboard and mouse cleans up the work area nice. Compact all in one design is really a game changer. I will say we have upgraded the mouse for a more ergonomic feel. All in all-best bang for the money.

Recently decided to go from an IMac to this. Unaware that HP made an all in one, I was blinded by Apple thinking it owned that market. I love this machine, using it mainly for work and light browsing. Has a liiiiiiight hum at times that is barely noticeable and just wanted to mention. As I'm typing i hear nothing on it beside me, but it's there, barely, if you're reaaaaal quiet. I love it, powers up and down smoothly. Love the speed and picture. I have 27 inch SCEPTRES as my wings. Get the machine, was on sale for $630 & don't be a knucklehead, get Total Tech!!!! It's Totally Rad and covers the 14 inch HP LAPTOP i got a couple days later. It blew my mind

Very sleek, attractive, main use is web browsing, bill paying. No downloading of pictures or videos, no gaming. Products fits my needs. Worth the money.

I bought this computer to replace my current one that I bought years ago and I have to say I’m glad I did! Easy to set up and the clarity of the videos and everything I’ve done on it so far has been amazing.

I brought it in for repair and never got it back and so I lost $700+ and the phone service is awful online chat says call and call center says go in. I’ve been in weekly trying to get it back. Y’all stealing from people.

I've been using this for a couple years or so now. Overall, it was a good replacement for the HP I had before. Screen is a little smaller though. I like a HUGE screen on my PC! But I knew it was smaller so no qualms there. One thing I do NOT like about it is its lack of a CD or DVD drive/burner. I don't watch DVDs anymore, like I did from time to time on my last one, but I DO still buy the occasional CD (usually an expensive import), and I always rip the music to my PC, then transfer it to my iPod or wherever. I am unable to do it on this PC... I honestly was not aware that it did not have a drive or else I would have bought a different one (if anyone still makes them). I had to buy a separate external CD/CDV drive in order to achieve this, so that was an added expense. Plus it looks ugly when hooked up so when I am done, I always remove it. Does not help that the external drive I bought comes with a TINY SHORT CORD. it also does not help that this PC has only a few ports, and they are all in the center of the back of the PC, which is a major pain in the rear to get to and try to plug or unplug stuff. it is a very awkward area for this and makes no sense being there. There should at least be at least one or two on the side or someplace easier to get to! Not the worst thing in the world, but annoying. I also have issues sometimes where the keyboard lags, or else it types one letter 50 times. When I am hard at work on something that should take 10 minutes, it often takes 2 or 3 times longer than it should. When it is updating Windows (downloading, etc.) the computer runs WICKED slow. That too is a bummer. And overall, this PC is not to quick when it comes to processing, etc. Maybe I don't have enough RAM or something. Dunno, but my last HP PC was NOT super slow... least not til it got old and outdated. In hindsight, I probably should have researched more than I did, and maybe bought one with more RAM or faster processing speeds. Or another brand. But it is what it is, and I am used to its shortfalls at this point. The design is nice. It is fairly quiet, modern-looking with its sleek stand. Definitely a middle of the road PC. I would recommend this PC, but only if you are on a budget, aware of its shortcomings (slow, lagging keyboard, etc.), are a student or teenager, or someone without the use for a CD/DVD drive or more accessible ports.

This is my second purchase of the same make and model. The value is excellent. It gets the job done. It is strong enough to work with a second screen efficiently so I am able to play media, be on the internet, and use programs at the same time. It is easy to set up and use. The quality is good and it withstands a lot of use. The touchscreen feature is nice.

It’s incredibly surprising how this computer has worked since purchased. The processor is very fast! It has a sleeky design that stands out amongst other office desktop in my department. Am loving everything about this purchase
