Got it on a small sale so can’t complain too much. Works well; like the wheels and safety cover. Disappointed that one side of the panel doesn’t sit flush. Small cosmetic defect but does what I need it to do.

We've had this shredder for about a month. Love it! Much quieter than our old one. Bought this one because it has all the features we're used to including wheels! Since it has to sit under my desk, wheels were a definite must have. And the price was right! Great replacement! Only gave it 4 stars for Quality because the bin isn't quite as sturdy as the one on our old Fellowes brand was. But it's quite servicable as is.

Nice looking shredder although really small an have to keep emptying container often as it does not hold a lot of paper. Also really loud.

Crosscut paper shredder,looks good and works great We have never had a shredder but we love this one.No problems at all.We would highly recommend it.

The shredder works very well and the design of the basket with window makes seeing when it is full helpful. Emptying the waste paper basket is very easy. The safety features of turning the shredder off when removing the basket are a good addition to the overall safety items built in. At this time I would recommend it.

the drawer is warped but it works. Could be a little more sturdy.

The receptacle slides out for emptying, but was quite flimsy. It seemed like it might easily during the process. I immediately packed it back in the box and returned it.

This shredder is amazing. Works as expected. Cross cut is a plus.

Off/On/Reverse switch started smoking after just 5 single pieces of paper were shredded. Do not recommend!
