Q: When tray is full, after pulled out, is there a way to direct shredded paper into a waste basket or plastic bag without spilling shreds all over? Second, is it possible to line the basket with a plastic bag?

A: There is a window in the tray, so when it's close to full that's when you pull it out and dump in a garbage can or garbage bag. It is best to ask the manufacturer about adding a plastic bag - I can't guarantee a correct answer, but I don't think it's a good idea it could get caught and ruin the machine.
