The fitbit is great at helping you track your fitness. It's fairly accurate in counting steps and heart rate.

Very easy to replace.

I am pleased that we are able to send the empty cartridges back and that they are recycled, although are quite expensive as compared to other cartridges.
I would recommend this to a friend
