My Elite book laptop was a breeze to set up thanks to Joy systems and Best Buy. It is a clear, quick, and sturdy laptop designed by Bang and Olufsen. Everything made simple, that's the way I like it!

I'm a writer and desperately needed a new laptop with great specs and a backlight keyboard. I wanted 32 GB Ram and at least 1 T hard drive. This was the one for me, and I got a great deal on it. I was very happy with how the laptop was packaged with lots of stable bubble wrap to not jostle the computer, and the computer itself was shrink-wrapped. I did have to go into Best Buy's Geek Squad to get past the wifi screen as this Window 11's don't come with wifi capability turned on. I couldn't get past the first screen access to wifit to start the set up process, which was frustrating. But, I was seen without having to make an appointment first, and the issue was fixed in about 5 minutes. Start-up after that was a breeze. I am very happy with my new laptop. I love the size 13.5 (it fits great right into my purse) and the speed at start-up is amazingly fast. The graphics and sound are great, and it has all the ports I need and then some. I love the keyboard letter size and feel. It's easy to type on. If you like larger keypads and bigger printed letters, I recommend this laptop. This laptop is from JoySystems, and was delivered by FedEx. I would purchase a computer from JoySystems and Best Buy again.

An excellent product, with lots of room to play on, as far as storage and ram are concerned. If I didn't know better, I would think I had bought a new laptop, rather than a refurbished one. It is a little slow to boot up compared to some newer laptops, and the battery life isn't want it used to be, but that's only to be expected from a refurbished product. Overall, extremely satisfied with this purchase.

I wanted something better to travel with other than an ipad and this HP 13" Refurbished laptop 830 is perfect size and works great!

I am enjoying this great deal after a bit of trouble getting it set up. It has a nice aluminum shell and great feeling keyboard. I am giving it a low rating because I don't have a lot of confidence in the company that refurbished it, based on the experiences I had with the included documentation and phone call to support during setup and trying to get it resolved. It came preinstalled with Windows 11, but failed to recognize the WiFi. I don't know why this is, I've set up Windows 11 about half a dozen times before and never had this issue. After reading the internal materials from Joy Systems (the company that refurbished the laptop) it says that many of their laptops come without WiFi because they are "business laptops"!?! That sounded very suspect. I'm not sure what the point of a laptop is if it doesn't include wireless networking. I haven't seen a laptop without wifi in decades. Well, I couldn't figure it out, so I called support. It was the same guy who answered, each time pretending to be a new agent, saying his name was "Peter", and then "Daniel". I got hung up on twice (like, the support person answered the phone, started talking and then hung up when he didn't understand what I was talking about) and one time he even redirected me to an out of state ISP. What a confusing phone call that was! So, if you buy one of these laptops and the WiFi doesn't come up during installation, I'll substitute for a call to testy Daniel or whatever his name is. Choose "I don't have internet" in the set up screens, then you'll be able to turn it on in a few minutes and configure all of your cloud services.

Bought this refurbished Elitebook G30 G6 under the assumption that it didnt have a touch screen. It actually does! The i7 is good enough for what i need it for along with the 32gb of RAM makes this feel super fast. My only wish is that id hoped the GPU was better.

Great laptop. Excellent value for the price. Haven’t had any problems with it being refurbished. Love the specs, including (relatively speaking) a large SSD and RAM. The only downside is the battery life. It’s OK, but not optimal.

Needed a laptop for school just with the basics but high performing and this did not disappoint. The charger died after 4 months of using it but it was easily replaced. It has not given me any other issues since I got it

I bought the refurbished 830 g6 and it is much faster than my current computer. It is much cheaper than a new version while still having the same specs. Would definitely recommend this to a friend if they needed a cheaper solution with good specs. Came in good bubble wrap that insured its safety and was delivered when it said it would be. The SSD is a huge upgrade vs the hard drive I had previously and is a great value for the price!
