First, the ink is fine. I bought a printer from BB and elected their subscription service for ink replacement. The idea was they would monitor the ink levels and send me a cartridge when I needed one. The first shipment (for the black ink) went fine. On the refills for the cyan, they shipped me two cartridges (in separate packages) - both cyan. When I called, the representative acknowledged that it had been a mistake, then informed me that I'd have to ship the extra back (at my own expense) and they would issue the credit when they received it. I've had one other issue recently with BB telling me they issued a credit (for another subscription service) that was never posted to my credit card. I had my credit card remove that charge. I cancelled my ink subscription and kept the cartridge. I don't print much, so it will be quite awhile before I need that second cyan cartridge. My advice - stay away from BB subscription services (such as auto ink replacement and auto renewal of software such as Office 365)

Not sure what the problem is... Blue does not dispense. The cartridge appears to have wet blue ink at the dispense point, the ink cartridge carriage appears to be free of debris... NO BLUE INK PRINTS. Yes, Ive tried the "clean print head" option, MULTIPLE times, and tried the HP recommendation to use a swab and alcohol, with no change, no luck. I think I got a bum ink cartridge. Installed in November... took this long to be irritated enough to write. These are not cheap. Please replace.

I am sorry that your cartridge was not a good one. I can understand if you are irritated by it.
You can look into returning it to the store or by mail. Information about that can be found at:

Hi,
I am truly sorry about what happened to you. It is no wonder that you are disappointed.
It is important to carefully unwrap this type of cartridge. While leaking is more common with refills, it can also happen with a damaged or defective cartridge.
There is a vent near the cartridge label that will normally open when the tab is pulled completely loose, and the outer plastic covering is removed from around the cartridge. That vent has to be open to prevent the cartridge from leaking when you twist off the orange tab prior to installing the cartridge. On defective and remanufactured cartridges, you might have to clear the vent with a straight pin to keep it from leaking.
