Auto ordering did not work for this cartridge. They were out of stock for Cyan. But the product is good, no issues since installing.

Don't print in color as much but this is my second cartiage in ~4 months. ~450 pages

I have tried calling in, but with the pandemic, I get a hold of a live person. Anyway, I've changed my mailing address a couple of months ago, but my ink cartridges keep going to my old address or they've been cancelled for some unknown reason. Please make sure future deliveries go to the correct address.

First, the associated printer is not good. Requires a semi-full reset almost every 3 weeks to continue functioning. And with limited use, the ink is still almost gone.

Good when the printer recognizes it as an authentic HP cartridge. This is frequently problematic and doesn't appear to be a printer issue, rather a cartridge issue as the cartridges have been tried in three different printers with same issue. Ink levels are not always appropriately registered either. Expensive.

Ink is darn expensive. Buying XL cartridges minimizes that burden

Hopefully the shortage is over, this is still highly overpriced & should at least be easy to find.

These ink cartridges do not last as long as they should based on the price we pay.
