This cartridge had a defect from the very first day, it had a leakage. I bought it for some emergency job, so I keep it.

Your experience was underwhelming and missed our goal of a seamless printing process. I very much understand the urgency of your printing circumstances. However, printing with a leaky cartridge is not recommended. It can create a mess or even damage parts of the printer. If this product was purchased recently, navigate to www.bestbuy.com/site/help-topics/return-exchange-policy/ for an exchange. I hope you get a better replacement cartridge.
