Garbage, I bought these and get a mismatch error on my printer. Went to the HP and filled out the complaint form and got an e-mail saying new cartridges were coming. Over a month and still waiting. Will never buy anything from HP again. Malaysia is were the cartridges came from that are bad, but from the HP site it appears they may have an issue with China made cartridges as well. 0 out of 0. Would never recommend

I just opened this today to use the cyan on my printer; however, my printer would not recognize it even tough it has the right number. I didn't want to open to other colors because I don't need them yet. I tried to return the box today but they would not take it back!!!

your website recommended this purchase as compatible with all 8100 series however after trying to install I was told that they were not compatible. I tried to return it and was told you would not accept the return because the box was open so I left the the box at the counter.

I wish I would’ve been informed that it was out of stock. I was supposed to get it the next day then I find out Best Buy canceled the order without even letting me know.. didn’t even put me in a waiting slot to get ink.

Garbage ink for a garbage printer. You'll waste half the ink constantly clearly clogged printer heads. Avoid these HP printers like the plague.

HP has updated their printers to only allow their ink and not third party suppliers. So just be ready to overpay for your ink.

This ink leaked all over my printer says HP on the outside, but it’s not a real original HP don’t buy it. I sent it back.

I have been a long term customer of Best Buy and generally find their products to be of good quality and reasonable price. However, this package of three "HP Ink cartridges" (which I bought "on line" from Best Buy on Jan. 27th, 2022) requires a "Poor" rating because soon after installing all three color cartridges (from this package) on April 7th, 2022, I began to get alerts (on my HP printer display) indicating that the "Cyan" Cartridge is almost empty. So most likely a near empty or empty Cartridge of "Cyan" got packaged with new cartridges of "Magenta" and "Yellow" and got sold as a package of three new color cartridges? I have reordered another package of these three cartridges from Best Buy today (04/23/2022) but want to alert other customers (and best Buy Customer service) that such a glitch can (and has) occurred. Thanks.

It appears the three-pack of cartridges might be defective. I can walk you through a return. The other possibility is the printer gauge malfunctioned. To return the defective cartridges, view the policy here, www.bestbuy.com/site/help-topics/return-exchange-policy/. There is information on the site to start your return. If the new order doesn't print cyan, contact support at www.support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp/.

Trash item will never buy again. It ran out in a week. I printed about 20 documents in color and it’s empty. I’ve never had this issue with the XL carts only the basic ones. Do not buy just spend the extra 10 or whatever on the XL ones

Another junky Brother product that is no more economical on ink than any other kind of inkjet. I've owned this for just over a year (now out of warranty) and the printing is consistently misaligned, the print heads constantly need cleaning, and ink consumption has been higher than average per page printed. I'm now done with inkjets. I think they're all just excuses to sell overpriced ink.

ordered by mail was supposed to be here by 6/3 never arrived Will have to find someplace to purchase So far I have not been billed, but I just received statement for last month. Just bought fridge, but if the little items are not sent then I will no longer purchase from Best Buy.

Unfortunately, I have had to replace the black ink cartridge twice in the past two months. I have definitely printed at most 20 pages if not less not the 300 pages the cartridge information states. I attempted to reach customer service, was on hold for 15 minutes then hung-up. Disappointed. Maybe it is the HP printer :[

The HP was clunky, noisy and went through the free cartridges in 3 weeks. I had insurance and took it back and got an Epson printer, which I really like.

These cartridges were a meds did mot fit well. Woukdnt print and the printer didnt work well after using thses cartridges
