One of the cartridges (blue) was recognized by my printer as not a genuine cartridge, rendering it useless to me. I usually buy these in advance so that I don't ever run out of ink, so by the time I needed to use this, the return window had closed. Also docking one star based on the fact that this item has been out of stock for the last month+. I tried googling a reason but didn't come up with anything. I'm assuming covid?

After installing and checking the level of inks in each cartridge, each one had unequal levels of ink. The majority were very low levels of New ink.

The sticker on the Magenta cartridge started peeling off as it was being put in. Now the printer doesn't recognize it so it had to be thrown out. These cartridges don't last very long either.

Unfortunately the color print-heads on the HP printer clogged. After several attempts to clear them using the HP recommended method, they would not clear. Another $35 HP printer profit center.

Hi,
Clogged cartridges are a frustration point for many users. Clogs are unusual but happen to dry cartridges. The cartridge is unsalvageable if you have already tried the two cleaning methods, automatic and manually cleaning the printhead.
I'd suggest a refund at www.bestbuy.com/site/help-topics/return-exchange-policy/. In the future, it helps to turn off the printer while idle. Regular maintenance can prevent clogs, as does monitoring the temperature.

Hi there,
I see the cartridges are missing your expectations. While I cannot change all of the feedback, I can teach you to conserve ink and save money. Start by using print preview. Limit the print quality settings to save ink. You can also print only in black ink. Dryness is one of the most prominent issues with early ink depletion. As such, routine maintenance is critical.

Faded ink is not fun and a hassle. I will gladly help you tackle this issue and mitigate frustration. On your computer, go to the Print Properties dialog box. Increase the print quality and change the print density settings. Look at the print in draft mode before printing to ensure it meets your standards. You can also adjust the paper settings to match your current printing paper.
