As I said abiut the other colors, why can'rt the printer do its thing in black -- with a new black cartridge -- even if the color cartridges are dried out? I rarely use color but have to replace all three expensive color cartridges for no really good reason. If I printed a lot of stuff in color, this would not bother me.

High cost but you pay for HP ink anyplace you buy.

HP ink jet cartridges are good, but all ink jet cartridges in my opinion are all over-priced. That is why I try to buy them on sale. I was happy to get this on sale.

It works fine. Cost is a bit high. If it is refilled, then we can reduce the amount of plastic waste.

Works as expected but not as cheap as refillable cartridges. The refillables are a little more work but I've used them for years and they work great. To resolve a problem had to purchase this HP cartridge.

Tried other no name brand, didn't fair out well, back to HP brand it can get expensive but it will save the headaches

ink was fine but i wonder if i can find this cheaper on amazon or ebay. Do your comparison shopping first.

This should last until my printer stops working. For some reason the printer quality has been poor.
