Buying ink was easy, but I wanted a new printer. I looked at every one and read the literature, but no one was even close to the department. So I asked the Geek guy how to stream Discovery + channel. He had sold me the Firestick, so he described the process. I tried what he told me and I still cannot get the channels. I am not that smart with this stuff and but for my partner's illness and big desire to watch all the channels, I would not fool with it. But I still do not have the channels. I will ask my neighbor since he cares about us. So no service for printer or teaching a nurse how to stream something. I sure could describe what that term means to me, but you wouldn't want to know. Package said HP, but had a recycled cartridge and does NOT fit in printer. What rip off

I am really sorry to hear that the cartridge you received seems to be recycled. This should never happen, of course! I can understand your annoyance and would like to help you with this problem.

I would suggest checking the authenticity of a newly delivered cartridge. We have many vendors of our products and therefore sometimes counterfeit ones are being sold. You can check the authenticity of your cartridges here: hp.com/go/anticounterfeit

At my business I needed this product to work. Put in a new cartridge and it keep saying no cartridge. When we ran the product to the Best Buy store they were not helpful at all . Said they could not look up my history and offered no solution.
