can I use the 962 model ink on my HP 9015E printer? Also, will an unopened package (ink cartridge) last for 3 or 4 months?
Answered by HP TeamThe 962 ink is the correct ink for that model printer. The ink will be able to last 3-4 months in an unopened package. The packaging will also have an expiration date listed on the box.
