I got this printer for my business and this printer has been giving us connectivity issues since we got it. I have a windows 11 desktop and apparently this is a common issue. I wouldn’t recommend it.

Terrible printer. Put in new ink, ran 60 pages, already out of ink again. Some of the pages printed were smeared. No maintenance button plus hard to find online instructions. I purchased this printer on June 9. Now says unable to return. Husband was in Hospice and died June 27th

Even after bypassing the HP Smart (a "feature" that irrevocably locks your printer cartridges to HP brand cartridges if you activate it, even accidentally) [note, you can download HP Scan and HP EasyStart to get the scanner and printer to work, respectively, without HP Smart; Both should be available through HP's website] the printer has a ton of issues: On some occasions it needs to be restarted to get the printer or scanner to work at all, every scan the scanner takes 5 minutes to even begin scanning anything, and the printer regularly (multiple times a month) somehow gets grit on the printer cartridge nodes, requiring them to be wiped off so that the ink doesn't smear during prints. None of it is unmanageable, but it's also all issues I've never had with any other printer over decades. So, yeah. It was between this and a Canon for a budget printer+scanner; I'm thinking I should have taken the Canon instead..

Terrible purchase. Print jobs *never* go through without at least 5-10 minutes of wrangling. Sometimes you get the “retrieving paper size” screen—which just sits there. Sometimes you can’t select “print”. Sometimes it prints half the job before spitting the paper back out. Sometimes the “start” light on the printer begins to blink for no apparent reason. Sometimes the app on your phone can’t find the printer. There is a reason this machine is so cheap. It’s garbage. You would literally be better off drawing your print jobs by hand with a sharpie and a stencil than using this machine. STAY AWAY.

It’s horrible. Hard to connect to device. Every time you change WiFi network you have setup device over and over again. I hate it. The worst headache dealing with this printer.

The Printer purchased on 4/14 was defective and returned for an upgrade. The one purchased subsequently was installed 5/1 and seems to be working just fine.

It's garbage. My internet went down and it was impossible to get it to work again even though it is reconnected to wifi and the computer recognizes it is there.

Worst printer in my 30 year history with printers. I would absolutely not recommend. It does not print to the edge of the paper, which I learned is normal for this printer. Printing is inconsistent: cuts off the tops of letters, print comes out very dense and smudgy, both print feeders feed the paper crooked and the print comes out crooked, sometimes, it squeals when feeding paper, the front . Truly the worst.

This is the worst printer that I've owned in many years. It does back to front copying if you put the front back in the correct way at the right time. Right now there is a printer error because it stopped printing half way through the page and I have tried everything. Now I am uninstalling and hopefully reinstalling to get the printer reset. The 4 small pages of problems and solutions are worthless even though they come in 3 languages. HP created this disaster? Anyone want to buy a printer that has printed 23 pages? I'll make you a deal. And Best Buy sold this mess!

Tried to set this printer up with wireless connection to my PC and discovered it will only connect to a 2.4 system. My home wireless is 5.0. Could not get it to work. Returned for full refund within 10 days.

So I bought this a couple of months ago and just pulled it out of the box a few weeks ago. The printer prints ink with no problem, but when I need to print a 1040 form off of the IRS website it takes about 5-10 minutes. This is ridiculous! I thought that getting something on sale was going to be a good buy, but nope I was wrong. Don't buy this printer. Also, the paper has to be put back into the printer when you need double-sided printing. Whyyyy???

I hate it. Doesn’t print anything from my phone. Have to sit for at least 30 minutes trying over and over for it to print. Prints super slow and misses pages. Worst printer I’ve ever had

The printer stopped printing after 2 weeks. I need another printer!. The printer only prints out blank pages.
