This is an amazing laptop. I am happy with the memory and storage amounts (my refurbished one has twice as much for $100 less than a new one.) It’s sleek and functions well. I have not had a new computer in 15 years and was surprised that it ran apps instead of programs, but it’s really easy to get what I want and need. I definitely recommend it.

Overall a really solid laptop from hp good amount of storage on a fast ssd with plenty of ram which is 16gb and really fast processor with the 8th gen i7.

I got this computer for my husband. It was a huge upgrade from what he had. This was a refurbished computer and he has not had any issues. He loves it. It’s fast, with lots of storage and it looks great. I know that JoySystem refurbished the computer. In highly recommended buying any computer they refurbished.

I bought this computer for a job I was hired to do and needed a high speed computer, well this computer was exactly what I needed for the price I was able to afford I normally pretty bad at choosing computers, this time I did my research previously :)

Everything for the most part worked fine on the computer minus the trackpad that was unfunctional and I plan on taking it to Best Buy to get it fixed because I need this laptop for school.

I bought this computer from JoySystems and it came very well packaged and the computer is great. I had an old hp and got this one as an upgrade. And everything is so much more simple. Even the keyboard feels amazing. The speakers are amazing. 10/10 for me.
