Received the laptop in good condition. Really good design. I would recommend to go with best buy as their service is better than any other store and they deliver on time.

[Employee of bestbuy] Got the computer online from best buy and picked it up in store, from the second I turned it on it had setup instructions making it super easy to just take out and set up. Took probably 5 minutes total, great material quality, screen is reactive and high quality, finger print scanner is a nice touch. I really enjoy using it for the short bit of time I have had it. Definitely not a gaming rig but for running FL studio and photoshop while running a YouTube video is no challenge to this machine! Tablet feature is cool, not my intended use for purchasing but I enjoy it. Overall for $650 I don't think you'll find a better purpose driven laptop (once again not for gaming) but for everything else it's sure to handle your day to day tasks whether it be work, homework, talking to friends, editing. SOLID

I had purchased it few days back. Everything thing was perfect and great in performance. But I the only thing I didn't like is the battery life. On a normal use you'll get the battery life for 6-8 hrs. But I wanted to have a laptop that has more battery life than this. Apart from that everything is great and excellent. Including the touch screen the look of the laptop.

Bought this laptop to run my online business. I love this machine, it's very light and compact. Processor works well! Browsing is smooth....Very quiet and battery holds a good charge.. my new favorite toy! And most of all I got it while it was on sale! Thank you HP!

I selected this laptop with careful consideration of my budget. It satisfied the minimum requirements for RAM and SSD without straining my finances. Additionally, I paid close attention to its battery life. While there is another HP laptop available at a lower price point, it offers only 7.5 hours of battery life. Although this laptop doesn't quite reach its advertised 13.5 hours of battery life, it compensates by charging quickly.

First I never liked the silver keyboard as the backlit keyboard doesn't show up well at all. Today, two years later the computer died! It wouldn't charge and I thought it was the charger so I ordered a new one. Not the charger, probably the battery and I can't find a NEW replacement, only a used one on Ebay. Very disappointed!

I have been using this computer for a couple of days now. It's been working perfectly without any issue.
