Customer Ratings & Reviews

I was looking for a home printer with a small footprint that could also scan. This printer fit the bill and was very easy to set up. We don't print much so having the auto ink feature seems like it will work out well.

I am a teacher and bought this for my classroom for personal use so I don't have to run to the office constantly to print things on our ancient printer that never works.. It has been amazing and was a great purchase!!

THE VERY BEST PRINTER WOULD RECOMMEND FOR EVERYBODY!

It seems to be a great printer and copier. I just haven't figured out how to keep it where it automatically connects to my phone. But other than that I like it. But because of the trouble of that I only give it 4 stars

Easy setup and user friendly. Print quality is 5/5.

Value, quality, ease of use. All satisfactory. I like it. It works well.

Nice looking and sleek. Reliable. I don't like that the ink selections are so confusing with HP.

The HP Envy 6165 printer works great. Instant Ink helped with the set up. It's perfect for the limited amount of printing that I do. Great value for the price. I recommend it highly.

The instant ink feature is worth it. The cost of the printer itself is competitive.

Solid little home printer — easy WiFi setup, sharp print/scan quality, and the AI auto-formatting saves paper on web/email prints. The 6 months of free Instant Ink is a nice perk, though the paper tray is a bit small for heavy use. Great value for everyday printing.

This is a good printer that takes care of the printing/copying needs for the average user. It was easy to setup for use with Windows 11. It was fairly straightforward to add to the WiFi network.

Easy setup and great for college student that prints on low side. Double-sided option great for Calculus homework. While footprint is large, the direct wifi connects is great option when school internet doesn't allow you to connect.

Product worked perfectly. No hard set ups, matched perfectly with my lap top. Fast printing. Color copies were nice crisp and clear. Happy with my purchase.

Great buy! I would purchase again and refer to others

I like the portability, you can print from your phone and tablet.

This printer is a great printer because it’s easy to use and it does a great job. So if you’re looking for a printer, it doesn’t have 1000 buttons and you want fast work done. This is a good one to buy.

Works as expected. Prints well and sufficiently…..

It's plugged in, hooked up and has printed a few pages. Our previous printer was at least a decade old...this one fills the need. We didnt sign up for the "instant ink" due to complaints in other reviews at the end of the promo...we'll see how that goes.

I love the ease of printing and quality of the prints. The best part is the instant ink subscription, which ships ink whenever the printer detects low ink level. It's good with scan too. Very easy to setup and excellent photo prints.

It was easy enough to set up and has worked like a charm. I used it for a mixed media project and printed 40+ color pages perfectly. Highly recommend!
