My computer is a really solid machine. I even use Adobe programs on it without any issues. Later, I bought an HP Spectre laptop, and together they’re amazing. Everything runs flawlessly... zero noise, fast performance, and very smooth overall. Definitely a great purchase if you do work that’s beyond basic tasks, but not extremely heavy or complex either.

It’s great! Runs smoothly. Theres a few problems. I ordered the “Great excellent” but received “Good condition” so I paid the excellent price for a good and when I contacted support they told me they don’t see the problem and ended the chat abruptly. There’s scratches but that was expected, the part where it opens up to see the inside components doesn’t close all the way so it’s slightly popped out, and there was random apps already installed on the computer like screen mirroring apps for iPhone. Besides that it’s great! Came with a keyboard and mouse! I’d recommend getting one with a better processor.

Pretty good overall. Bit slow for my purposes at first, but upgraded RAM to 32 GB. Unfortunately can’t add graphics card. Perfect for low level computing, but there are better options.

I've had multiple HP PC and laptops in my time, with no trouble and great performance. BUT I got this computer at a great price, On Sale and Open-Box, saved like $200-$300 and was stoked! They inspected it and told me it was practically brand new and the serial code confirmed that the Manufacturer's Warranty was fresh and had only been active for less than 2 weeks, perfect! BUT when I got home the PC didn't turn on, so I went ahead and called HP to Troubleshoot it with me, found out the Fan ran, but no Display appeared. So they offered to fix it under Warranty, and that sounded good at first, until they found that apparently the CPU was missing underneath the Heatsink [photo attached] and started blaming me, saying I could pay for repairs costing me for than the PC's original price, and that the Manufacturer's Warranty was broken. So now I've been in a long arduous session with Customer Support for nearly a month to escalate the situation so I can get my PC working. The lesson for you all, is to ask your Best Buy employee to check that the PC is running at the store, after buying the Open Box product, before going home, just in case someone stole a component from your PC and then got it pinned on the poor bloke who bought the returned/open-box device.

I have no problems with this new computer. It is lightening fast, was easy to set up, came with both a wireless keyboard and mouse, and surfs the net quickly. It has 1 TB SSD of hard drive storage (more than enough for most users), and a slew of USB ports. I am particularly pleased that it uses an Intel core chip, as it seems more stable than the competition. Downsides, it does lack a built in CD/DVD Ram drive; so be prepared to use either an external drive, Passport drive, or Flash drive for back up storage. Also, you will have to purchase Microsoft Windows 365 separately. Then you download the software access with an authorization code. I purchased the permanent home usage version as I have no wish to pay additional monthly fees for a program that should have been included with my purchase. You will also want to invest in a decent monitor, speakers and a PC cam if your old hardware is not up to the task. Makes one long for the old days when most of these peripherals were included in a computer purchase. Overall though, this is a great machine for anyone needing a new PC, even gamers will be able to enjoy its speed. I have had several HP computers before (all Pavilions), this is my first HP Envy.

It did not start out well as the initial one i purchased was faulty and was on with HP on the phone. I was on with HP and they said it needed to be replaced (this was within 2 hrs of purchase) best Buy did a solid and replaced, no issues and the replacement works fine. Speed is way better than my older HP. I do wish it came with a CD player but I know most software nowadays is downloaded but still. I use the computer for work and home, most of it just data entry. I have not had any issues at all with it and have had it for over a month now. The computer is really quiet. I would recommend this computer even though it does not have a CD, just get an external drive which is what i did. HP support on the faulty one was excellent and they offered to send someone out or go back to the store to get it replaced.

My understanding is this is a discontinued product. Yet probably not at its best price, $799.99 is not on sale price. I replaced a suddenly malfunctioned 10 years old hp i7 desktop with this device. It fits my need as a retired person for general computing. 13th generation Intel Core i5 is sufficient for me, wish 12GB memory could be higher. Hp Keyboard and mouse comes as a wireless bundle hopefully would last overtime. I put it on my desk, the machine runs quietly. The power button is relatively tiny, and it takes a bit long to response after pressed until graphic seen on monitor. Works well with hp M24H monitor purchased on the same day.

Performs all office functions i need for work without a stutter, delay or crash. Im coming from a 15 year old pc and initially got carried away with specs. It turned out this midrange productivity powerhouse is actually more than enough for what i use it for.completely satisfied and within budget. Id recommend this pc as it can keep up with my workflow. Never game on it so it works for me. Windows 11 home and wireless mouse/keyboard right out of the box

If you can snag this desktop when on sale it is a fantastic value. It’s compact, snappy, and upgradable. The lack of a GPU is disappointing, but for everyday tasks, the computer is perfect.

Another great HP desktop replacing an 8-year-old unit. Startup is unbelievably quick, and overall, the desktop is fast, reliable, and a great value for the price.
