I upgraded from a 15-year-old HP desktop. I am so pleased with my purchase, The computer is fast, easy setup, boots up quickly, plenty of storage and USB ports and a card reader. No problems so far.

I've been using the HP Envy Desktop for work, and overall it's been a decent machine. The 12GB of memory and 1TB SSD give it plenty of storage and decent speed, but every now and then it can lag a bit with heavier tasks. Nothing too crazy, but noticeable at times. One thing that surprised me is it doesn’t come with a disc drive, which felt odd for a desktop—ended up having to buy an external one. Still, for the price, it's a solid option if you’re looking for something reliable for everyday work.

this is an excellent mid grade PC circle back approximately two years ago. It would’ve been a screamer gaming PC absolutely can handle Xbox PC gaming as well as regular every day use very pleased.

Works great and is perfect for my home base bussines , a run all my prograns smote , i wish a had two video cards to connet two monitors

Had a few quirks in which I couldn't get some of my programs to work, but that wasn't H.P.'s fault. It's amazing how much more I can do with more speed in not only opening my document's, and start up, but opening internet pages as well.

Not computer literate but like ease of use! Replaced outdated item.

Really like this PC. Easy to use. Doesn't have a DVD drive but I purchased an inexpensive external drive.

I like how small the desk top is and how easy it was to set up. With in just a few minutes I was back to work, not problems!

Fast new desktop computer with plenty of memory perfect for my situation.

When we opened the box, there was no packing, just the PC and a box with the mouse and keyboard, which looked like someone pulled it out of the trash. The PC was scratched and dirty, and the keyboard and mouse were filthy. This was my first purchase from Best Buy. There won't be a second.

I was looking for a replacement desktop computer to replace an old HP desktop that was slow and had a bad video card and boy did I find one! The HP Envy Desktop with the Intel Core i5 processor, 12 GB of memory and a 1 TB SSD Drive. It's a super fast machine and handles my needs great, It comes with a wireless keyboard and mouse that both work off the same USB plugin module, saving a USB port for other accessories. I have used HP for my computer needs for many years, I have found they make quality products.

Replaced an old tower unit. This covers all my needs. Fast response time, easy setup and easy setup with new printer and monitor. It is so quiet when it’s on !! Have to look down to see the power light is on ! Great purchase for me. No DVD writer/player. Purchased a plug in one. No biggie.

Set up was easy and worked fast from the start. I do a lot of photo/video work and so far seems to handle task faster than any of my previous computers. Start up is really fast.

This is one of the best computers we've ever purchased! It was soooo easy to setup and it's super user friendly. It has plenty of storage for photos, games etc. Great family computer. You won't be disappointed. We haven't had any issues with this product. HP's reputation and brand is DEF one you can count on!
