Bought my new HP and I am very happy with it. Easy to use, setup wasn't difficult, although I did call HP for the correct driver. Great printer for home office, stays connected online and prints fast.

I have such a great experience at home with this printer, quality is great, was easy to set up, so convenient to print stuff from my phone as well as my laptop done wireless. Highly recommend for its multiple functionality for an at home printer/copy/scanner.

This printer replaced my old one. It seems to have very good print quality and prints pretty fast. I don't really like the photo tray it always seems to be in the way when I put paper in. The printer is a bit noisy but that's just my opinion. I don't have any big complaints so far. Setting up the printer was very easy and I had no issues. I'm 73 and just followed the directions. I am happy with it so far and I've had it several weeks. The free ink for 6 mo. and allowing 700 copies per month was a big plus for me. I do a lot of printing. I printed a picture today and it was excellent quality. I did have to cover the lights on the front because it is in my bedroom and the lights were very bright.

So far, so good. I needed a printer that could print good quality photos and a moderate amount of documents. I’ve had it for about a month now and so far it’s been great for both. At very first, I printed a couple of documents and a couple of photos to test it out. On the third photo, an error message popped up on the display screen saying that the color ink cartridge wasn’t making contact with the printer. We tried taking it out and putting it back in, cleaning it the recommended way and putting it back in, and turning the printer off and back on, but nothing worked. So I called HP customer service, they walked us through a few troubleshooting attempts (most of which we had already tried) and when nothing worked, they immediately sent us a new ink cartridge. Once we received the new ink cartridge, we installed it, and haven’t had any more issues since. The quality of photos is good, I wouldn’t say the quality is extraordinary, but it’s good. I do wish it offered more size options for printing photos. As far as I can tell, you can only print 5”x5”, 4”x6”, 5”x7”, and 8”x10”. It prints both photos and documents quickly. I like the “HP Smart” app that is used with this printer. It’s convenient and user friendly. Overall, it serves the purpose I needed it for and I’m satisfied.

I’ve had many printers before but not one that was so easy and simple to install. Installing the HP smart app that lets me print and fax right from my mobile device is really compatible with my HP ENVY inspire 7255e Wireless All-in-one inkjet Photo Printer that come with 6 months of instant ink included. The photos are fabulous so I hope that I have INSPIRED you, you get it !!

So happy with this printer. Eddie the sales associate was so helpful and knows his product inside and out. This printer has all the features i need and none i dont need. Prints so quiet and so easy to connect with my devices.

This HP printer covers all my needs. It's reasonably priced, making it worth the investment. I managed to set it up on my own without any issues. The wireless feature works well, and the print quality is excellent.

Great printer for a reasonable price. Got it on sale at Best Buy and always appreciate their excellent customer service. Very easy for this senior citizen to set up. Highly recommend!

Good basic printer copier scanner. Paper drawer sticks a little. I miss the option to scan to a usb flash drive on my old printer scanner.

We love this printer. We had an HP Envy model previously and loved that one too which is why we got another one. With this new printer we could also sign up for the HP monthly service to get free ink. We are so happy we did!! It's such an easy way to get ink refills and very inexpensive. This printer works perfectly for our home use. It was a great price. Easy to set up. Easy to use. We have it sitting on top of a shelf in our living room and even though it's white it looks nice on the top of the shelf.

Best printers are HP, & this particular one is perfect for me. I love the array of features,& the quality,not to mention the looks! Take the instaink option offered by HP+! REMEMBER to install HP+. Perfect Buy!

This printer is easy to set up and easy to use. Quality of prints are great and HP hooks you up with free ink for 6 months.

It does print details well. HP makes you connected to the internet to setup the printer, you should not have to do that (one down grade). The other issue is: if you don't use the printer almost every day, the print will have spots that did not get enough ink. (another down grade). My HP C8180 would print fine even if I did not print anything for a month. The only reason I would not recommend it is because of the last issue, having to use it every day to keep the print quality up.

Please give buck a raise going into the store when he is not there is a big disappointment I had to bring a Cumputer Monitor in on Thursday the manager told me buck was off I was so disappointed what can I say the manager said buck had to get time off sometimes I understand that but to be honest I missed him told him do not call me Mr call me Richie please do not let buck leave he is an angel.
