I love the way you can log on by fingerprint recognizing along with the touch screen capability. All the features that a college student or business person would want to have at their disposal.

Been an excellent computer with programs for my needs. Reliable Word, Excel, Power Point, Zoom video, sound, games, and other functions. Battery life is good at about 7 hours of continuous usage. Processing is fast with plenty of storage space.

Merry Christmas to me! I initially went to go get a Chromebook that was on sale for $199 since I didn't want to spend a lot on a laptop that I wasn't going to use heavily. I was playing with the display model for the HP Envy in store and couldn't leave it alone so I decided to purchase it instead. I'm so glad I did. This laptop is amazing and the graphics are wonderful. It is also super fast and easy to use. The touch screen and fingerprint reader features are 2 of my favorite things about it. Backlight is a plus too. I can go a couple days without charging it as well. This is a much needed upgrade. I've paid more in the past for laptops that didn't satisfy me as much as this one. I got it on sale for $629 and it's worth every cent.

I love this new laptop, I am not a very computer savvy person and was hesitant about what laptop to purchase. The salesperson listened to my wishlist of feature and after looking at a couple of models, I picked this one. It is perfect. I really like that it has both a touch screen and keyboard. The set up (Cortana talked me through) was a breeze and it has been wonderful. It easily connected to my existing printer. I love the feel of the keys and the option to use only the touch screen is a feature that I wish I had before!!! The battery holds a long charge and for its size I feel it is lightweight enough to easily take everywhere I go. I have only had it a few weeks, but it is such a joy, I wish I had upgraded to this laptop a long time ago. It's my first HP and I am glad that I made this choice.

So, I was going to go with Apple again. I saw this laptop on display and looked at the price and said wow that is a great deal. I played with it, looked at the build quality and I asked the guy at BB is this the correct price? He said yes. I continued to use it and decided to buy it. Wow am I happy! Glass screen, 10th gen i5, Optane and super fast ssd. IPS 1080P and all aluminum with back lit keyboard, so many other features, too many to list. It has the updated wifi that comes with 10th gen processors as well.. Spend way more for the same, for less of a PC or go with this one..Freakin happy You will be to!!!

I couldn't be happier with my purchase. I bought my computer for school and love how light weight it is, the transition from a laptop to a tablet is amazing. It holds a great charge and can be used for a good amount of time. The touch screen is amazing. Couldn't be happier with my purchase so far.

Laptop is fast, keyboard lights up if needed, easy to use. Would have been nicer if it came with direction or I would have been shown how to use the different features. The laptop is very lightweight. I like that I can fold it in half to use it as a tablet aling with the touch screen feature.

A 15-inch laptop like the HP Envy x360 is an affordable laptop with touch screen. This type of 2-in-1 convertible laptop has a 360-degree-rotating hinge, which is slightly more complicated and often heavier than the one on a conventional laptop. Meanwhile, the chassis required to house the 15-inch screen is uncomfortable to hold in your hands for more than a few seconds compared with a more manageable 13-inch 2-in-1. But there are niche use cases for a 15-inch convertible, such as propping it up as a tent for an impromptu presentation. The Envy x360 15 performs tasks like this well, it has a sleek all-metal design, it's relatively inexpensive, and best of all it isn't as heavy as you might think. For big-screen-convertible shoppers, it's worth a look.

I am using this computer now constantly as I am working from home (as opposed to sporadically). I've been able to confirm that my computer overheats, to the point that it hurts my wrists. Last night, the fan started making that typical horrible noise of a struggling/ scratching fan. I know I will have to send the computer to get it (or them) replaced.I was not expecting this kind of issue on a computer that I got only 5 months ago and have been using for 3.

My new HP ENVY is the very best! What I love: touch screen, universal hinge that allows me to fold the front and back of the computer back on itself allowing me to use the screen without the keyboard, back lit keyboard, beautiful silver sandblasted finish...looks very space-aged, great Bang & Olufsen sound, 'up' and 'down' keys allows me to scroll without using mouse or touchscreen, fast speed. Perfect computer for this 69 year old who's now working from home during the pandemic in the financial services industry. Thanks HP ! I'm really enjoying this terrific product you made just for me.

For several years, I stayed away from HP computers after a few bad experiences. This laptop, however, is an excellent laptop. It boots very quickly and runs everything I throw at it (even multi-track audio and video rendering with no lagging or glitches. The built in Wi-Fi has great range and is very fast. The touch screen tablet mode is a plus. Although they look great, the only thing I don't like is the silver keys; contrast is limited compared to black keys. As usual with best buy, the price was excellent.

Good buy and great price. Paid just over $600 for it with lots of good options like 2 in 1 and SSD and touch screen.

I went in looking for a laptop that I could use for work and for my hobby; photography. Since I’m not that computer savvy, I rely on the expertise and knowledge of the people who work there, the kid that helped me out, took me to every laptop and explained everyone of them and there features. I was so dumbfounded on his knowledge on all these devices and my mind was so confused on which laptop would be better fit for me, I asked him which one he recommended. Now he could have recommended one of the more expensive laptops and I would have not questioned him, but he didn’t. He told me the HP-ENVY was the better laptop for me for what I was looking for. For this, I will do all my computer shopping at Best Buy.

I bought this device for 2 reasons - wanted to try a convertible instead of buying 2 separate devices and I liked the idea of a back lit keyboard. The device is as described. It works well and the keys are not as loud as some other laptops I have used/owned. It is lightweight and easy to handle when adjusting the angle of the screen. My only complaint is the color of the light they used for the keys. Since the computer is sandblasted silver (nice in that it doesn't reflect room light to blind you) the white light that they chose as a back light blends in with the keys and makes it hard to see that the keys are actually lit. Had they used a color this review would have been 5 stars.
