Questions & Answers
Does this product use Efax????I have to ask this question... if the pictures of the hp laserjet pro mfp m477fnw color all in one printer, do not show any ports for phone lines and the specifications do not state that it uses the efax software app... how exactly does this machine fax??? I see the manual shows ports for phone lines ... is it customary to post incorrect photos of the products? Baffled, can anyone supply an answer here?
Answered by HP TeamThis HP Printer does have a phone like for a fax on the back right side of the printer.
Does this "fnw" model really duplex/ The Specifications page on BB's web site says it does, but I read elsewhere that the "fnw" model does not duplex.
Answered by HP TeamGood question. This printer does not have automatic duplex printing. It has manual duplex printing. For more detailed specifications on this printer, please visit the following link: https://store.hp.com/wcsstore/hpusstore/pdf/cf377a.pdf I hope this helps.
What is the difference(s) between the MFP m477fdw & the MFP m477fnw other than price?
Answered by HP TeamGreat question. The difference is that the m477fdw does automatic 2-sided printing and has NFC touch-to-print capabilities and the m477fnw has manual 2-sided printing and no NFC. Here is the link to a great document that compares the two printers side by side: http://www8.hp.com/h20195/v2/GetPDF.aspx/4AA6-1074EEP.pdf I hope this helps.
