Great printer, lots of features akd extremely portable. The main reason for my purchase. I scan a lot and this scanner is downright terrible. Spend more time rescanning then anything due to it taking multiple pages at a time. Scans do not come out straight on the page either and are very slow. Looking for a good printer this is it. Scanner not so much. For the price expected much better

We appreciate the feedback. I'm sorry that the printer does not fit your needs well.It was designed to be very portable and can use cartridges from whatever country you might travel to.
While I'm sorry to hear about the scanning. Perhaps that can be made better though. Speed is often improved by updating the firmware, which can be found here:

At first, I loved the all-in-one printer purchased at Best Buy online and received July 3, 2024. I used it twice on my travels by car in July. I kept it in the box it came in when on the road to protect it. But then it would NOT work the third time I tried to print, or do anything with it, on August 10, 2024, barely one month later!! The screen showed an error message saying "The battery is faulty and must be replaced." I was NOT a happy camper about this inconvenience while on the road!

Only used once in November. Got it out to use again this weekend and it says battery is bad.

If I could give zero I would. I’m having multiple problems connecting to the internet and just two months after purchase the battery is defective. HP chat line keeps dropping my requests for help. All in all. I’d say this has been the WORST TECH PURCHASE EVER!!!!!
