Great price for a printer that gets the job done. Connect it to your phone and scan, copy, print to your heart's content. Easy to set up and operate as well. I also feel like it prints pretty quickly, even on quiet mode. It's been an absolute delight to have this thing set up in my room (currently a college student who also likes to print out coloring pages occasionally).

This printer is quiet and prints pretty good. After I learned how to set it up with Wi-Fi, HPs free ink for three months is even more of a value. It actually works great.

For my small in home office, this printer is perfect. The price, print quality and size were ideal. It came with sample ink so I could use it immediately without the added cost of cartridges. Plus, HP was offerings a deal to give 6 months free ink. It's a great feeling when you get a good deal...5 months later, the printer is $10 cheaper (holiday sale) and I plan to buy the 8015e as a gift for a family member.

I was very happy to find this brand and model of personal home printer, scanner and fax at BestBuy. This is my “Go To” office equipment, small and large appliance, TV, and technology store. It was shipped to my home with the extra care I have come to expect from BestBuy. Assistance is always a phone call or chat away when needed. It came with ink and simple instructions. All has gone perfectly during first couple months of use. The feeder feature for scanning or copying is so simple and the image is quality for storing in my One Drive for use immediately or reference later. Also the amount of paper held is good for the home office and personal use. It links to your network or via Bluetooth easily.

This printer is by far exceeded expectations, I have had my doubts about this printer but for the most part it delivers borderless prints and the direct wifi prints great. Every now an they a paper jam but it is simple to remove then get right back to work. Small and compact it makes packing up for travel great. I would recommend this printer to anyone with small print jobs that require borderless prints.

I bought mine in 2024 and so far it is one of the best printer I've owned. It's efficiency, very reliable and prints quick. I had my brother-in-law built me a stand for my printer.

This is a nice compact printer. Great output. Easy to store. Only problem is when you want to print 2 or more pages, it sometimes stops or jams and would quit working that you have to restart the printer.

This printer was exactly what we needed at the office! Easy setup, and super easy to use! Really like the quality of prints, ease of scanning to computer, and Bluetooth come in handy.

Good printer for home & business use. Not as fast and responsive as the HP 8910 Workhorse I needed to replace, but a lot less expensive for what I need for copying, printing and scanning items. Plus, the black and color HP ink cartridges for this printer are half the cost of the ones needed for the printer I replaced. Great product and value for the money so far.

For an inexpensive printer, it's performance beats my expectations. The quality is good. The speed is average. I highly recommend this printer especially for startup at home business.

The print quality is excellent. The touchscreen is small and difficult to navigate. The installation instructions were not clear in one area, but it all worked out. It crashed once and had to be unplugged to solve it. It could have been a response to a power interruption here in L.A. I know this sounds more negative than a 4 star, but I do like the printer and the quality is very good.

I purchased this the other day. I have the same pros and cons like everyone else. My biggest complaint is that it does not come with 6 months of ink like advertised (that was the main reason i purchased this one), only 3 months. Also, when you're setting up, it shows as 8010 and not 8015e. I was not aware and thought I was connecting to my neighbors..lol Hopefully, this review helps. :-)

this is a great printer at a great price point. We use it mainly for home use with a little bit of office work, but we have not had any issues with it. It is step by step to set u p so even the technilogically challenged could do it

So far I am loving the printer. It was really easy to set up. So much nicer than the old one I got rid of. It does print slower if you are using color ink but I rarely print in color. I signed up for instant ink which is awesome too!

It has worked out so well for the price I got it for. I have had no issues, and I got a free 3 month subscription. I've had three printers before and they have not worked well. So I finally try this HP, after doing research everywhere else. Plus I love that I got the Best buy geek squad warranty. Because I only trust geek squad.
