Q: What wifi card does it have? I stay away from anything mediatek.
A: It's an Intel BE211.
Q: How loud is this going to be when idle and light tasks.
A: I've only had it for a day, but it's been extremely quiet.
Q: What pen works with this laptop?
A: The best Pen for it is the HP Tilt 2. The latest Surface pens don’t work, because they cannot be charged apart from the Surface tablets. Keep in mind, this doesn’t flip all the way back.
Q: Is the RAM user upgradeable?
A: Typically not and that's okay, because you wouldn't likely find 9600 MHz RAM anyway. Also, the B390 GPU is in most machines, but those with downgraded RAM from the 9600 MHz are labeled as Arc Graphics and run slower than these.

Great all around laptop.
No complaints, beast for productivity and light gaming. Only complaint is the keyboard layout but you will get used to it after a few days of use.
