Customer Ratings & Reviews

Bought to use at home for work and personal. Perfect for everything we need and love the multiple monitors.

Needed more RAM and storage after three years. Does the job for me. Easy setup.

I got this open box for about 500 bucks, and the performance for price is amazing.

I bought this as a gift for my mother and she likes it. It was easy to set up and it is easy for her to navigate, especially since she is not very tech savvy so that says a lot. Runs fine and seems to be good for everyday normal use so far. Good computer for the price.

Great products. Works as it should! Hook it uo, plug it in and go! Yep!

So far so good, everything is running smoothly, had no issues setting up this computer and getting all the files from the old one.

It is fast, confusing and a test on putting things in it. I mean Win 11 from win 7 pro has taken it toll on my brain though. I built the last machine when win 7 pro hit the market. This thing does things I only wished for, the new windows is tough to get around.

Easy to set-up and to use right out of the box. Much smaller than my previous laptop which is a nice feature.

This is my second HP desktop for my business in the last 2 years. It is the first time that I have an AMD CPU. It is a great machine at a good price - the value I seek for my business.

Excellent computer. Just remember to first shut down Microsoft OneDrive if you want to keep keep your files out of the cloud.

Excellent product, I found an amazing deal on this computer

No complaints. Functions as expected. This tower came with enough memory and storage that allow applications to process smoothly.

It is aa fantastic machine that looks great! Very easy to set up.

With the increasing price of ram across the country, I was concerned I wouldn’t find something that would meet my needs and not destroy me financially. I love how fast and responsive this PC is, and the monitor I purchased alongside it is BEAUTIFUL. Vibrant colors, which has made my work just a little bit more enjoyable. 10/10 so far

Working great, It was an easy setup, and it has plenty of memory to handle all the tasks it was purchased for. As with any computer the test is longevity, it SHOULD last years with the newer processor and the large memory.

After using it felt it was kind of slow for what i was needing. Also thought it had extra PCI slots to upgrade but Best Buy opened it up and no extra slots available.

This is a great computer, works amazingly fast and will help with our business

Great for everyday uses and if gaming if you have the down time. It’s not a power house pc but gets the job done.

Researched what was available and decided this was the computer i wanted. Good speed and storage space fit my needs perfectly.

I bought this to replace my decade old HP Envy desktop. This thing is night and day different from the old one, I got this one open box for a great price. Setup was easy and file transfer was as well.
