After owning for a month, I started having problems with the HDMI connection. I took it to the Best Buy where I purchased it. The Tech was super nice and told me that if they couldn't fix it at the store, they would send it off to be repaired or replaced. I told her that being I had it for only a month & it appeared to be a manufacturer problem, the unit should just be replaced. I knew it was "out of her hands". It was sent off for two weeks and they REPAIRED the PC board, CPU, other defective parts. Once again, this unit was a month old. It should have been replaced and I'm totally not satisfied with what transpired while waiting for two weeks.

Put into service on 11/22/2025. Fatal error on 12/4/2025. HP warranty in effect until 11/21/2026. HP warranty is not serviced by the so-called "authorized servicer" known as Best Buy.

Best buy is the electronic equivalent of a used car salesman tell you one thing before you buy it then once you have you realize that you in fact things arent as they seem. Was told i woukd be able to return this 30 to 45 days after purchase.

Problem with sounds goes down and mute itself problem installing my programs like photoshop and adobe, and many other problems

The PC was way slower than it should have been for the ram it supposedly has. However best buy has a great return policy

Factory problem. Ended up returning it and bought a different one
