I have NEVER had this much trouble with a PC before. I don't know if it's W11 or the PC... graphics and audio sometimes gets "jittery" and I have to shut down the program and restart to fix it. A few of my programs refuse to load properly, I get kicked out of programs at least weekly. Wish I had spent more - you get what you pay for... much buyers remorse here.

This machine has real problems with its data card. I have had our Comcast lines checked and replaced, new splitters installed, and the speed tested to the modem. The speed dropped precipitously at my machine. It takes up to 35 minutes to download new emails, unacceptable. I have trusted HP in the past, but will consider others in the future.

Bought open box and I got the computer but no cables and no dongle for the keyboard or mouse - not happy at all

Disappointed has no speakers, and the dvd slot is a blank. No one told me that the DVD slot was a blank and no speakers! Now I have to go these add ons
