Overall a very good computer, fast and reliable. I was not aware that is did not have an optical drive when I purchased it. I still think it is a good computer.

We like it for the most part. The major issue with it is that it won't let you setup unless you agree to have McAfee as the security company for it. It gives you a 30 day "trial", but it doesn't make it easy to find out how to reject their offer.We already have a company that we pay for the service. I don’t need an additional one. I’m not pleased.

Appreciate the storage. Not as fast as I had hoped with these specs. Response is sluggish, both within programs and online.

This is fast desktop but it is not capable of running three monitors with the display ports.

So far I'm not at all happy with this computer. I'm considering returning it. It takes forever to render videos that my 4-year-old laptop does in half the time. It also seems to glitch a lot when running some programs. Additionally, it has taken up half its memory running the installed program, so the free memory is a lot less that what is promised.

The new computer is great. I would highly recommend it. However the buying experience was anything but. I got so much incorrect and incomplete information from my sales person that it took me hours in the store, on line, and on the phone to get everything straightened out. I'm hoping, at this point , everything is straightened out, but I'm still not sure.

As far as the computer. Its doing ok. As far as the service from Best Buy. Not so good
