It was very frustating the way Best Buy delivered me this product. It has scratches and some stains and also they shipped with the wrong charger.

Works great. It did have a scratch. Not a big deal since it’s refurbished. The only issue is it was dirty, with like crumbs or something. They could have at least cleaned it up.

In perfect working condition, for being a refurbished model I was expecting more scratches and dings but there were only a few small scuff marks.

I'm new to Chromebook, so it takes some getting used to as it is entirely different than Word. So far, the refurbished computer is working fine. My complaint is that it did not come with a Users Manual or a power cord/charger though it was advertised as in basically original condition. I had to buy a cord/charger separately, and I believe that the store should have provided those to me. Be aware of the possibility of having to purchase extras if you buy refurbished equipment.

If you are buying this laptop for yourself, understand that you will not be able to download any microsoft programs on here. You will not be able to access outlook, word, powerpoint, etc.
