I love it! I couldn’t even tell it was refurbished! It definitely keeps up with my family and myself.

This refurbished TotalTech gem has more bells and whistles than I needed-but NO- negatives. Yes, I would recommend it over many others I looked at because it is compact, user-friendly, reliable and Geek approved!

I purchased this refurbished computer as a replacement to a computer that was outdated, and it works perfectly! We use it in a small business, so we are on a budget, but this computer has far exceeded my expectations. I also feel great purchasing a refurbished product from Best Buy because I trust them and I know that if I have any questions or concerns, they'll be there to help.

I was glad to find a refurbished unit to go into a dusty environment. Works as expected.

The product received did not match the specifications of what was ordered. Instead of having a HDMI port and 3 Display Ports, it has a VGA port and 2 Display Ports. I don't know what else didn't match - didn't get that far.

This has been an amazing purchase. I didn't even realize how slow my old PC was until I purchased this one. Easy to set up. Just make sure that you have a display port to be able to plug in your monitors.

Not sure how it works first one arrived DOA drove 20 miles to return. Second One arrived with no video .

when I set it up it would not work so I returned it.

I was very happy with my HP-Refurbished EliteDesk Desktop- Intel Core i5 Purchase at best buy Joysystems did marvelous job with the refurbishment and customer service;

The specs provided for this does not match with that it actually has. It claims to have wifi connectivity but you have to have your own adapter as the tower cannot connect to wifi on its own without it. It claims to have an hdmi output which is also a lie as the hdmi cord from my monitor had nowhere to connect so I had to swap it out for a monitor with a display port. Overall very shady by this company, they include this info as “faqs” in a packet that comes with the tower
