Wanted an upgrade on my old dinosaur desktop pc. This does the job. But initially it took quite a bit of struggle and research to figure out that connecting to my mobile internet hotspot and to my wireless printer was not possible without purchasing a separate *USB wifi port, as it does not come equipped with internal wifi connection capability. Transfer of saved info to the new pc also slowed me down as it required purchasing a *"displayPort-to-HDMI" cable. As long as you're aware of the possibility of needing those add-ons, you should be happy with this purchase and the price of this refurbished pc.

The HP - Refurbished EliteDesk Desktop computer that was refurbished by Joysystems was well worth the money. It was substantially less than a comparable new computer and I got more memory, solid state memory, more RAM, and more speed. I have had no problems with the unit and it was very easy to set up and came with a very good warranty.

took a chance on a refurbished desktop , hundreds cheaper than new & first time with solid state drive computer as well and so far its been a win win...much faster then my old computer and a return to the flat laying tower than the standup , still have to figure out some things but so far its better than my old computer .

Computer arrived several days ahead of scheduled date. The physical condition of machine appeared brand new. Software activation and peripheral devices interfaces were only hampered by lack of familiarity with Windows 10. Money well spent and would buy refurbished products again.

First time buying a refurbished desktop computer. I am impressed with quality and performance of the computer. The ease of the setting up the computer to the well package computer I am a happy customer and would buy another Refurbished computer again.

THE COMPUTER WAS DELIVED 3 DAYS AHEAD OF TIME AND SEEMS TO BE WORKING GOOD SO FAR AND COMES WITH A 1 YEAR WARRANTY.

It's a great machine for the price! Perfect for basic web browsing and applications. I did not realize I needed an external card reader.

Perfect for what we need it for. Quick start up, loads web pages quickly, Zoom and online videos are no problem. The PC i received wasn't as pictured so i had to order VGA to Displayport adapters.

Upon initial arrival, the unit would not boot up properly. However, it was most likely due to handling during shipping. I don't fault HP or Best Buy for that. After receiving the unit the second time, there were no issues. I have enjoyed the smooth operation since.

I purchased this Refurbished Elite Desktop to replace my old slow computer. JOYSYSTEMS did a great job Refurbishing this unit. I had no problems connecting to the internet, installing my apps and files from my old system. The system was up and running in less than 1 hour. I would highly recommend any system refurbished by JOYSYSTEM.

I'm confused by the page where you add this computer to your cart. The part under KEY SPECS, subtitle CONNECTIVITY. Top line says WIRELESS CONNECTIVITY: Bluetooth, Wi-fi. When I received mine, it had neither (or they don't work). Nice computer, but I had to connect an ethernet cable for the internet

looks good but installed with Microsoft Office web version which won't do some tasks.

The desktop computer works great. I was just disappointed that the system is not carpetable with Windows 11. Very disappointed that this fact was not pointed out explicitly. With and i5 processer and all the memory - I never dreamt it wouldn't work with Windows 11

Runs OK, but has only Display Ports for video - no HD or VGA. Had to buy Display Port to HD cable to get video and extra speakers to get sound. Rear audio port does not work, only front. This should have been better disclosed in product advertising.

Terrible. I tried hooking this up several ways for the video and it just goes on and off. It might stay on for a bit but eventually it will start flickering and going on and off. Face it, with Best Buys refurbs, you're gambling. Their "geek squad" are little more than Youtube PC fixers and not worth the extra money. You take your chances with their refurbs and sometimes you do ok and sometimes you crap out. This was the latter for me.

Great value for the price especially when it has Windows 10 Pro so you can set up your own domains.

This HP - Refurbished EliteDesk Desktop - Intel Core i5 - 16GB Memory - 500GB Solid State Drive works very well. the only thing that is missing on this machine is a card reader but that can be picked up for under $10. So far it is an excellent desktop for the price.

Great value! Huge upgrade over my last computer for a very good price. Very Happy!
