This refurbished Envy Inspire 7955e in the light colors was a phenomenal deal! I couldn't be more pleased with this excellent printer. Thank you, whoever returned it... and thank you to Best Buy and/or HP for giving this deal! My previous printer was 15 years old, so this was quite an upgrade for me. The printer delivered in one day (wow) and it looks brand new! I'm an older person and had no issues setting up this printer. It went smoothly and I was printing right away. I also love using the app to print calendars, cards, graph paper... and enjoy all these features with options.

We have been using this for 9 months now, I developed no issues at all. So much printing with 3 school age kids and 2 working adults. Still Working like its new even though it looks dirty now lol! I hope all refurbished item here in bestbuy is in this condition! Keep it up! *gives me the gift card* :D

Gotta Be The "Best Buy " I got from BestBuy it was $54 why idk but it seems like $300 printer prints fast it's sturdy not cheap got cool features like printing anywhere from a app on my phone so stop going to staples and Office Depot wasting money on half quality print and grab one and print like a professional and like original documents also sign up and got free ink and paper

This printer is wonderful, and suggested it should be a higher rating. When I had a paper jam, the printer explain with easy directions how to take the paper out. Also it was very easy to set up the printer, easy directions to do set up.

Haven’t had opportunity to use printer often but HP has always been my go to. Price fir thus refurbished printer was great

They sent the wrong printer so I wouldn’t know. I was waiting for my desk to arrive but since I missed the I think the 2 week deadline I’m stuck with a printer i didnt order. In store employees were no help and customer service rep hung up on me.

my budget printer passed away (RIP), and as a writer and master’s student, I needed a replacement asap. my hope was to find something under $100 that did double-sided prints and airprint. when I found this listing, I waited for a restock for days and finally lucked out! it’s physically large but does everything I need and more. It’s such a step up from my last wired printer (different brand), I honestly feel spoiled lol.

It works well was easy to set up to my laptop and phone. It worked the very first time and that has never happened with any other printer ive had. My only grievance is that im being charged $4.99 every week o use it. I thought it was a one time charge and possibly a monthly charge at most. Im dissappointed in that. With all being said i give the printer a 95%

Fantastic printer. Even for refurbished, this thing prints great and was a great value at a super low price. Now, if something does happen to the printer, I did not spend that much and can replace it without my wallet feeling the pain.

Great little printer. It’s a real workhorse. This is the second 7955 I’ve purchased…..one for home and one for beach place. Very happy with it.

Very easy to connect to the network, scanning is simple, and copies come out nice

I got this printer on sale and bought a refurbished one also. It is an OK printer for the price. I get some random connection errors every now and then when I scan to my email. I don’t like the fact that the tray that hold the paper detaches completely from the printer, but it’s a good device overall.

When you finally get this thing to work. It works very well I I hope it lasts for a few years. It was incredibly easy to connect all the home devices to get my printing done.

Could not have been better printer for home use. Also signing up HP+ gives you 6 month of instant ink free which pretty much recover half of its cost if you printing <700 pages per month.

Easy set up, good packaging but the only issue is one of the ink that came along with one printer didn’t worked so ordered a new one. Apart from that everything else is good
