There's nothing wrong with a refurbished system IF it can do what you need it to. I don't believe in my customers spending unnecessary money for a new system when a refurb will fit their needs! A refurb'd system should have gone through the COMPLETE QC process, and if there were a problem, it's under warranty! This HP system works perfectly, and has ebough memory that it won't have to be upgraded anytime in the near future. Needless to say the SSD makes it much faster at accessing data, while the extra memory may seem excessive, it's available for pennies!

I received the computer before it was expected, so shipping was great! When setting up the computer, all accessories were included and setup was a breeze. All the specs are correct, but I had to add a wireless adapter. I am 100% satisfied with my purchase.

The device itself works as it should. It's the OS that shows problems. Windows 11 tends to be very finicky. When it works everything is ok.

This PC refurb works great. Do know it does NOT come with a wifi card, but that is an easy fix of an extension with a USB. Everything works great. It was within my budget and is good. We are using it for simple cloud EHR and Google Sheets. Nothing too crazy and not trying to overload the system.

Good computer for the price. Does not come with Wifi however, could have purchased similar spec computer for cheaper but went with the purchase when I saw Wifi listed. Not hard to fix but misleading.

The system surprised me. It functions like new from manufacturer. It has only a minute not scratch on it, no one would notice it.

I was shocked to see anything look like this from Best Buy. It was so dirty, that it looked like it was taken straight out of an old abandoned business. I can't explain how disappointing this purchase was. It also lists it as having an HDMI and it doesn;t so have a adapter ready. Mine was full of dust. It was on the outside of the case and in the vents massively. I didn't open it, but it has to be packed. If you buy, know you may have to fully clean it inside and out.

This desktop does everything that I want it to do. It was a great deal, as well!

Description is confusing thaught this computer was wifi capable and has Bluetooth but it does not.

Easy set up and works great for our basic office needs.

Computer is not Wifi or Bluetooth enabled. Spent the money to add just Wifi to it (at best buy) at the advice of their geek Squad, then was denied reimbursement for it because I did not want to send the whole computer back to them.

good processor for the price. Got it fast and it's perfect for my work at home job
