This is a great printer, very user friendly, and very affordable!! The ink lasts ForEver, (Seriously 2 YEARS of FREE INK, What Company does that?? HP that’s Who!) YES, it is True, Free for 2 Years, Do the math on that, it’s a Savings For Sure (you could take a vacation with the $$ you save)!! The print quality is great, and it connects quickly!! Scanning is slightly slow, but I am willing to accept that, as every other feature exceeds my expectations! If you are in need of a printer that is cost effective, great quality, and overall, pretty perfect, then this HP printer is your “Best Buy” !!*<|;0)

I've worked from home for a number of years and gone through multiple printers. Most were problematic at best my last one required you only use their ink cassettes and died when I tried to put one from another company in. This Smart Tank printer is the best I've ever had. The ink is easy to fill, setup is fast and easy and I no longer fear printing in color because it costs a fortune and your first born child. It's easy, it does everything I need quickly and quietly and I am able to visit my customers with good looking color prints that look professional. Did I say easy? If you like easy like I do. Maybe you aren't a high tech computer guru or nerdy kinda person. Then this is your printer...Yeah that's my mess in the picture. I can be messy, I work from home!!!

It comes with a generous amount of ink and is very easy to use. The print speed is fast, and the automatic duplex printing is very convenient, making everyday printing quick and efficient. The only minor issue was that the initial Wi-Fi setup took some effort, but overall, I am very satisfied with this printer.

Printer is easy to use and connect to. The copier is a great asset.

I purchased this printer for my home based business as a replacement for an HP office Jet Pro I had had for years. I like the smart tank feature, Also, the print speed is decent and is fairly quiet. I especially like the duplex print, which is a must for me.

I am extremely happy with this printer. I had subscribed to HP instant ink for years. No more ink cartridges with this new printer! The quality of the printing is fantastic. It was easy to install. I love it!

It was time to buy some new cartridges. I looked for the best prices online and was frustrated at the price of the cartridges. Then I noticed the Supertank printers from HP. After some research, I picked up the 7602. No more cartridges. This printer prints quickly, and the quality is great. Smaller footprint from my older DeskJet Pro. And the setup was so simple. Used HP's Smart App and the install went seamlessly on both PC, laptop and iPhone's. The HP 7602 will pay for itself in less than a year with the amount of printing we do.

Overall the set up was easy. It seems to print well. My only negative comment would be the noise. It makes a rather unsavory noise when it first starts printing. Everytime I hear it, I worry it is getting jammed but I am starting to get use to it and expect it. My mother in law has the same printer and hers does it too so I think it is just a nuance with this model. I would still recommend it but just warn others so they aren't suprised like I was

I absolutely love this printer. It is so awesome. As well on sale it was cheap. It only cost me $60 to refill the ink reservoir after printing over 5000 pages! :) If you need a high quality printer and not spend a fortune in ink. This is it! Also the copy, scan and fax functions ACTUALLY FUNCTION! If you don’t have a phone line just buy a $40 fax adapter you can use via wifi.

I looked at a lot of printer's, and options. They were cheaper options available, but this seemed to mark all my boxes, paper tray holder, cost effective on ink, home office use, multifunction, wifi, automatic paper feeder and relatively compact.

Each ink tank takes a whole bottle, so theres a ton of ink to print a lottttt of pages. Printed 1200 pages so far, ink indicator for the black ink dropped only 1/10th so far. Connectivity for printing wirelessly i havent ran into any issues. Prints pretty fast. My personal experience, no problems so far. Definitely recommend.

Love it this printer the ink oh my last me long for two years. I can give this 10 stars if I can. Having a business with good printer and save me more money and non stop print with so much order, this printer it’s so reliable to have it.and also every time I go to the store and seeing someone looking for printer I always recommend this product of hp is the best I ever had.

Coming from a line of HP printers this one is easily the best in terms of connectivity and display responsiveness. It helps that it’s cartridge free too! My only gripe with this printer is the auto document feeder. I have yet to get it take individual pages from a stack. It just pulls them all at once and jams. I don’t frequently use that feature, so it’s not a big enough reason to return, but I certainly expected it to work. Overall a good home office printer, nothing to ride home about in terms of print quality, so look elsewhere if you want a good photo printer.

Works great! Use for regular printing and also use for Cricut prints. Har not had any issues with printing. Easy to print from phone.

Sooo easy to set up and use! Wish we had switched sooner

I purchased this printer after returning an Epson Ecotank from Sams Club. The Epson printer was not true to color and seemed faded. This printer is much better!!! Easier to use manually and through the app. Prints solid, sharp and vivid color. I bought some photo paper and printed some of my pictures out and they came out great!! Solid daily workhorse of a printer as well. Ive always liked HP and never had any problems with their products. Comes with enought ink to fill all the tanks and from what they advertise, up to TWO years worth of ink! I would recommend this printer!!

I love this printer. Its easy to set up and use immediately. However, I have had problems with it and have had to return for a different one which causes delays and frustration. And not just once. I am on my third go round. Its unfortunate because I really like it.

This is my second printer and the reason I purchased it was because of the reliability of their printers It has all the features that I need for a at home printer. It is fast, not noisy and the price was great
