Built in a durable rainproof Type 3R metal enclosure for outdoor installation, it is commonly installed in visible proximity to an air conditioner condensing unit in residential and light commercial applications, and is also used with heat pumps, swimming pools, and pump houses. The pull-out handle delivers straightforward ON/OFF control and can be stored inside the compartment in the OFF position to help prevent misplacement. Rated 60 A at 120/240 VAC with a 1-phase, 3-wire, 2-pole configuration, it supports a wide range of AC disconnect needs. UL Listed.
