This massage gun is one of the best thing a I’ve purchased. It’s great from pre and post workout. I used it regularly when I get ready to go on my runs and definitely use it after.

All of a sudden it was very loud turns out the tip just completely broke

I noticed the massager getting a little louder after 7 months of use. A week ago the head unit decided to break completely off of the body of the massager. Tried getting ahold of the company through their website to get it repaired or replaced under the 1 year warranty period and have got nothing but crickets. As I see from other 1 star reviews on this product, mine isn’t the only one with this issue.

I purchased this back in June. It is very strong. I enjoy using it over my muscles before bed. Used maybe 5 times . i noticed little pieces of it breaking off while using it. If you purchase register the product and keep your receipt for the warranty.
