Can different leg length sizes be ordered? If not what is the size that comes with the system by default?
Answered by HypericeHi Alex! The Normatec 3 Leg System will come with the standard size boots which fits people between 5'4" - 6'3". We also have a shorter boot, ideal for those 5'3" and below and a taller boot for people 6'4" and over. Is the compression graduated from bottom up and if so can you tell me the pressure in each cell from bottom up? Can the compression be changed and what are the options?
Answered by HypericeHi there! The compression levels are uniform across all the zones when being used in the standard recovery mode. Through our Hyperice App, you are able to customize the pressure level of each individual zone with some limitations. The feet (Zone 1) must be the highest pressure setting to prevent any fluid buildup or backflow. The upper zones must be set to an equal or lesser pressure than the zone below it. The App will not allow you to set a pressure outside of this range. Do these boots also massage the bottoms and top of feet??
Answered by HypericeOur Normatec 3 device uses compression therapy to enhance blood circulation, reduces muscle soreness, and speed up recovery time. When using the leg attachments, your foot will be covered in the first zone and experience the benefits as well. This attachment will cover your full foot, but will have an opening at the top where the top of your toes might be exposed.
Is the Normatec 3 system FSA elegible? Other brands on Best buy website are listed as fsa eligible but this is not.

Can the system including battery be taken on an airplane?
Answered by HypericeAll Hyperice products are TSA approved for carry-on only. Due to the rechargeable lithium-ion battery, they are not allowed to be checked in beneath cabin. Any electronics used in flight, must be turned off during the planes departure and arrival to avoid any signal interruptions with the planes communication system. For the Normatec 3, the only part that contains this lithium-ion battery is the main control unit, so the attachments and the connection hose can be stored in your checked luggage without issue.
